Practitioner & Founder

Hi, I'm Anna.

I'm here to help you move, feel, and function better in your body.

With a Master's Degree in Physiotherapy from Poland, years of clinical experience, and a lifelong passion for understanding how the body heals, adapts, and thrives — I created Symbioza to be more than a treatment room or a Pilates studio.

It's a place where science, movement, and genuine care come together. Living with pain, stiffness, stress, poor posture, or feeling disconnected from your body shouldn't be your normal.

Whether you're an athlete wanting to perform better, a professional managing tension and long hours at a desk, a tradie navigating the demands of physical work, or someone working through injury, aging, or osteoarthritis — my role is to help you understand what your body is telling you, and what to do about it.

I believe the body is intelligent. Symptoms are messages, not mistakes. That's why I combine clinical Pilates, fascia-focused movement, remedial therapy, breathwork, mobility training, and nervous system regulation — to help you move with greater ease, strength, confidence, and freedom.

At Symbioza, we don't just chase symptoms. We improve posture, restore mobility, build strength, reduce pain, calm stress, and help you create a body that supports the life you want to live. Because when your body works better, everything works better.

What is Symbioza & Its Idea

Symbioza is the Polish word for symbiosis — a relationship in which different systems influence, respond to and support one another.

That idea is at the heart of Symbioza. The body does not work in isolation. Movement, breath, strength, mobility and recovery are interconnected, and each can influence how you feel and function.

Our approach continues to evolve alongside current research, professional education and a deeper understanding of how the body moves, adapts and learns.

By understanding these relationships, we help you move with greater ease, reduce pain and work towards what matters to you.

Your body is on your side.
